As a Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues, coordinating and managing service requests, and maintaining constant communication with customers throughout the service process. \n1. Application Monitoring & Health Check\nMonitor applications (Core Banking- finacle), Payments, Trade, LOS, etc.)\n\nTrack alerts, batch jobs, interfaces, and failures\n\nPerform daily start-of-day (SOD) / end-of-day (EOD) checks\n\n2. Incident & Ticket Management- As per ITIL process\nAct as the first point of contact for application-related issues\n\nLog, categorize, and prioritize incidents in ticketing tools .\n\nEnsure incidents are handled within defined SLA timelines\n\n3. Basic Troubleshooting\nPerform initial diagnosis and resolution of issues\n\nHandle common issues like:\nLogin failures\n\nData mismatch queries\n\nBatch/job failures\n\nInterface errors\n\nApply known workarounds using scripts, queries, or SOPs\n\n4. User Support & Communication\nRespond to users (business/ops team) via email, calls, or tickets\n\nProvide status updates and resolution timelines\n\nClarify user queries related to application usage\n\n5. Escalation Management\nEscalate unresolved or complex issues to L2 / L3 teams\n\nProvide proper logs, analysis, and documentation during escalation\n\n6. Operational Activities\nExecute routine tasks:\nBatch job restarts\n\nFile transfers / uploads\n\nData validation checks\n\nSupport deployments during maintenance windows\n\nParticipate in production releases\n\nReporting / Documentation updates.\n\n7. Documentation & Knowledge Management\nMaintain incident logs, resolution steps, and SOPs\n\nUpdate knowledge base for recurring issues\n\n8.
