Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.\nThe Role\nYour Role\nIn this role, you will define and use design documentation, functional programming specifications, and high level design documents to implement identified components to impact key decisions. \nWhat You Will Do\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy features across the full stack (frontend & backend).\nBuild responsive and accessible user interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).\nDevelop and maintain backend services, APIs (RESTful, potentially GraphQL), and business logic.\nDesign and interact with relational and/or NoSQL databases.\nWrite comprehensive unit, integration, and potentially end-to-end tests.\nConduct thorough code reviews for peers, providing constructive feedback.\nDebug and resolve complex technical issues efficiently\nCollaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers.\nContribute to technical design discussions and architecture decisions.\nOptimize application performance and scalability.\nMentor junior developers.\nActively participate in agile processes and process improvement.\nYour Future at Kyndryl\nThe career path ahead is full of exciting opportunities to grow and advance within the job family. And finally, you’re open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\nRequired Qualifications & Skills:\n3-6 years of professional full-stack development experience.\nNo work visa sponsorship\nProficiency in core frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+) and at least one major frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue).\nStrong proficiency in at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, Java, C, Ruby, Go) and associated frameworks.\nSolid experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.\nExperience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).\nProficient with Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., Gitflow, PRs)\nExperience writing automated tests (unit, integration).\nUnderstanding of software design principles (SOLID, OOP, Design Patterns).\nStrong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills within a team.\nExperience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying/managing applications.\nKnowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines.\nUnderstanding of security best practices.\nExperience with serverless architectures.\nFamiliarity with GraphQL.\nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
