Your role will be to maintain and supporttheir HP NonStop (Tandem) servers in production and development environments, ensuring they're always running at peak performance.\nNot only will you be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure-including Guardian OS, Enscribe/Enform databases, and Pathway/TS-but you'll also have the opportunity to work on mission-critical payment and transaction processing environments. And finally, -naturally inclusive in how you work with others, bringing excellent analytical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.\nRequired Skills and Experience\nProven experience administering and supporting HP NonStop (Tandem) servers across production and development environments.\nSolid understanding of Guardian OS, Open System Services (OSS), Enscribe/Enform databases, and Pathway/TS.\nHands-on expertise with backup and disaster recovery procedures, including experience with BACKBOX, BACKHOME, VTCs, and replication software (e.g., Shadowbase, RDF, or GoldenGate).\nProficiency in NonStop SQL database management, data integrity, and backup strategies.\nKnowledge of NonStop networking protocols and configurations, with the ability to troubleshoot network issues specific to NonStop environments.\nStrong background in system security, user access management, and compliance standards relevant to NonStop environments.\nExperience with incident response, proactive maintenance, OS patch application, and root cause analysis.\nPreferred Skills and Experience\nProficiency in programming languages such as TAL, COBOL, or C.\nHands-on experience with BASE24 POS applications and transaction/payment processing platforms.\nSystematic troubleshooting skills and strong problem-solving capabilities in complex enterprise environments.\nSalary: $79,580 - $129,580\nThe above represents Kyndryl’s pay range for this role.\nSalaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role. The range provided reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting.
