Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.\nThe Role\nJob profile - Automation Profile\nKey Responsibilities\n-Design, and implement enterprise-scale automation solutions using Ansible and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.\n-Build and manage scalable container platforms using Docker and container orchestration technologies.\n-Design and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.\n-Automate server provisioning, application deployment, configuration management, and operational workflows.\n-Develop reusable automation frameworks, custom modules, playbooks, templates, and shared automation libraries.\n-Integrate enterprise tools and third-party platforms using REST APIs, web services, and automation connectors.\n-Create automation standards, governance processes, and best practices for infrastructure and platform operations.\n-Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, security, application, and operations teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.\n-Troubleshoot complex deployment, integration, and infrastructure issues across enterprise environments.\n-Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and automation maturity across the organization.\nWho You Are\nRequired Skills & Experience\n-Strong hands-on expertise with Ansible and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.\n-Extensive experience in infrastructure automation and configuration management.\n-Strong knowledge of container technologies, container setup, and orchestration platforms.\n-Advanced experience with Azure DevOps including CI/CD pipeline implementation and release automation.\n-Running test cases for automation validation.\n-Proven experience integrating enterprise applications through REST APIs and custom automation modules.\n-Strong scripting and automation development skills in:\nPowerShell, Shell scripting, Python\nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
