So if you're passionate about technology and want to be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of IT infrastructure management - then this role is for you.\nWhat you will do:\nMonitor server health, uptime, CPU, memory, and disk usage.\nPerform routine checks and basic maintenance on Linux/Windows servers.\nHandle alerts from monitoring tools and escalate when required.\nRespond to Level 1 support tickets within defined SLAs.\nTroubleshoot basic server, network, and application issues.\nDocument incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues.\nCreate and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.\nAssist with password resets and basic security configurations.\nMonitor backup jobs and ensure data integrity.\nAssist in basic restore operations when needed.\nSupport basic operations in cloud environments (VM provisioning, monitoring).\nUnderstand core services like EC2 (AWS), Virtual Machines (Azure), or Compute Engine (GCP).\nAssist in managing cloud storage, snapshots, and basic networking.\nMaintain system documentation, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.\nUpdate knowledge base articles.\nYour Future at Kyndryl\nKyndryl's focus on providing innovative IT solutions to its customers means that in Systems Management, you will be working with the latest technology and will have the opportunity to learn and grow your skills.
