You will have the power to delight our clients.\n What You Will Do\n\nLead Microsoft Intune administration, configuration, and optimization across enterprise environments, ensuring efficient endpoint management and service delivery.\nManage the complete endpoint lifecycle, including device enrollment, application deployment, compliance policies, OS updates, and Windows endpoint administration.\nSupport Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and drive modernization initiatives, including migration from traditional Group Policy (GPO) management to cloud-native solutions.\nPartner with security, infrastructure, and cloud teams to enhance endpoint security, governance compliance, audit readiness, and user experience.\nProvide technical leadership, troubleshooting expertise, automation-driven improvements, and mentorship while championing modern workplace transformation.\nYour future at Kyndryl\nThis role opens the door to many career paths, both vertical and horizontal, and there may be opportunity to travel. And finally, you’re open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\n\nRequired Qualification\nStrong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune, providing platform administration, support, troubleshooting, and endpoint management for enterprise environments.\nProven experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy (GPO) administration and migration, and managing large-scale Windows 10/11 endpoint ecosystems.\nSkilled in device compliance, configuration management, security baselines, Zero Trust principles, and modern workplace/endpoint management best practices.\nExtensive experience with Windows Autopilot, endpoint modernization initiatives, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint integration, and hybrid identity/cloud integration scenarios.\nProficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and operational efficiency, with working knowledge of CMDB, ITSM, and enterprise service management tools.\nPreferred Qualification\n\nMicrosoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate\nMicrosoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals\nMicrosoft Intune Administration Certifications\nMicrosoft Entra ID Certifications\nModern Workplace or Endpoint Management Certifications\nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
