Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.\nThe Role\nWe are seeking an experienced Mainframe Operator with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in IBM Mainframe operations.\nMonitor and operate IBM Mainframe production systems, ensuring maximum availability and reliability.\nPerform daily operational activities, including job scheduling, batch processing, console monitoring, and system health checks.\nIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents in a timely manner, escalating issues when required.\nMonitor system performance and proactively detect potential issues before they impact business operations.\nSupport business-critical applications and ensure successful completion of production processing.\nCoordinate with infrastructure, application support, database, storage, and network teams during incident resolution.\nExecute operational procedures, disaster recovery activities, and scheduled maintenance tasks.\nMaintain operational documentation, logs, and runbooks.\nEnsure compliance with operational standards, security policies, and change management processes.\nParticipate in on-call rotations and provide support during planned maintenance and critical production events.\nWho You Are\nStrong knowledge of z/OS operating system.\nExperience with JES2/JES3, TSO/ISPF, SDSF, and IBM Mainframe console operations.\nExperience with job scheduling tools such as CA-7, Control-M, Tivoli Workload Scheduler, or equivalent.\nFamiliarity with CICS, DB2, IMS, RACF, and batch processing environments.\nExperience monitoring production systems and handling critical incidents.\nUnderstanding of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.\nWillingness to work shifts and provide 24/7 production support when required.\nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
