You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade solutions that align with organizational objectives. Acting as the technical authority, you will define architecture standards, guide delivery teams, and ensure successful implementation of complex CRM transformation initiatives.\nWhat Will You Do:\nLead end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure solutions, translating business and technical requirements into scalable architecture designs.\nDefine architecture across application, integration, data, security, cloud, and non-functional domains while establishing architectural standards and governance.\nDesign and govern Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions.\nArchitect integrations using Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Data Factory, REST APIs, and event-driven patterns.\nDrive data architecture and migration strategies, including data modeling, mapping, validation, transformation, reconciliation, and legacy system migrations.\nEstablish application lifecycle management, DevOps, CI/CD, environment management, and release governance practices using Azure DevOps.\nConduct architecture workshops, technical reviews, risk assessments, and design approvals while mentoring developers, consultants, and technical leads.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, security teams, integration teams, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution delivery and long-term platform sustainability.\nOne of the benefits of Kyndryl is that we work with clients in a variety of industries, from banking to retail. And finally, you’re open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\nRequired Technical and Professional Experience:\n10+ years of experience with strong expertise in enterprise solution architecture and proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and transformation programs.\nDeep expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.\nStrong experience designing cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, REST APIs, and integration services.\nProven expertise in Dynamics 365 architecture, security models, customization, extensibility, integration architecture, and application lifecycle management.\nStrong experience in data modeling, migration, transformation, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and enterprise data architecture.\nExperience designing scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performance enterprise solutions integrating Dynamics 365 with cloud, SaaS, and legacy applications.\nStrong stakeholder management, consulting, architecture governance, technical leadership, and mentoring capabilities, along with experience in Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.\nPreferred Professional and Technical Expertise:\nExperience leading large-scale Dynamics 365 CRM implementation, modernization, or digital transformation programs.\nExperience delivering complex enterprise integration and data migration initiatives across multiple business units or global environments.\nStrong knowledge of architecture governance frameworks, reusable design patterns, and enterprise technology standards.\nProven experience facilitating architecture workshops, technical strategy discussions, solution planning, and roadmap development.\nMicrosoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Solutions Architecture, or related technologies preferred.\nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
