Kyndryl is also committed to compliance with all fair employment practices regarding citizenship and immigration status.\nRequired Qualifications\n8+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or technical consulting\n2+ years hands-on experience building LLM-powered or agentic AI applications in production\nProven track record in a client-facing advisory or pre-sales architecture role\nDeep expertise with at least one agentic framework: LangChain/LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent\nStrong proficiency in Python; comfort with TypeScript/Node.js a plus\nExperience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, Chroma) and embedding pipelines\nDemonstrated ability to scope and estimate complex Agentic AI projects from discovery inputs\nExceptional written and verbal communication - equally effective with engineers and executives\nExperience delivering live technical demos to client audiences of varying technical depth\nFamiliarity with responsible AI principles, data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and enterprise security requirements\nAbility to travel 30% of the time\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in a management consulting or professional services firm\nBackground in one or more verticals: Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail/CPG, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, or the Public Sector\nCertifications: AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect, Google PDE, or equivalent\nExposure to enterprise AI governance frameworks and AI risk management\nThe compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - $179,760 to $341,520 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
