And finally, you’re open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\nRequired Skills and Experience\n5 + years of enterprise network/security engineering experience.\nProficiency in routing, switching, TCP/IP, VLANs, and troubleshooting network issues. \nStrong hands-on experience with Cisco Switches, Cisco Wireless LAN controllers, Palo Alto/Cisco firewalls (including Global Protect), Cloudflare, Akamai, Infoblox, and F5 Ability to configure, deploy, and maintain firewall policies, security rules, and user authentication (including Global Protect). \nExperience with VPN technologies (IPSec/SSL), NAT, HA, clustering, and performance tuning. Experience with centralized management tools (e.g., Cisco Catalyst Center, Strata Cloud Manager, Panorama, and Netbrain). \nExperience with packet analysis tools (tcpdump, Wireshark) and log correlation.\nHands-on experience with AI agents or automation frameworks such as integrating LLM based assistance (ex: Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT).\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong collaboration communication, skills. \nPreferred Skills and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. \nCisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE).\nExperience building custom AI agents for network operations. Build, train, and tune AI models using network log data for diagnostics and incident triage. \nDevelop and maintain Ansible/Netbrain playbooks and roles to automate configuration management, application deployment, and orchestration tasks. \nAbility to lead and participate in group projects with global teams. \n·Strong documentation and continuous improvement mindset.
