And finally, you’re open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\nWhat You Will Do\nDesign, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure.\nConfigure and maintain Routing & Switching solutions to ensure high availability and optimal performance.\nAdminister, monitor, and troubleshoot Checkpoint Firewalls and Zscaler cloud security services.\nManage and optimize Cisco Wireless networks for seamless and secure connectivity.\nDeploy, configure, and maintain F5 Load Balancers for efficient application traffic management.\nImplement and support Cisco ISE for identity-based access control.\nPerform network performance monitoring, capacity planning, and proactive issue resolution.\nEnsure compliance with security standards, policies, and best practices.\nSupport network migrations, upgrades, and integration projects across client environments.\nProvide technical validation for change requests and ensure smooth execution of approved changes.\nMaintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and SOPs for operational readiness.\nYour future at Kyndryl\nThis role opens the door to many career paths, both vertical and horizontal, and there may be opportunity to travel. And finally, you’re open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).\nMinimum 10+ years of experience in enterprise networking, including 2-3 years in a leadership role.\nStrong expertise in:Routing & SwitchingCheckpoint FirewallZscalerCisco WirelessF5 Load BalancerCisco ISE\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nProven experience in client-facing roles with strong stakeholder management skills.\nIndustry certifications (CCNP, CCIE, CCSA/CCSE, F5 Certified, Zscaler Certified) are a plus.\nPreferred Qualifications\nLead, mentor, and develop a team of network engineers.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Infrastructure, Cloud) to align network strategy with business goals.\nDrive incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and escalation handling.\nPrepare and present status reports, performance metrics, and improvement plans to senior management.\nEstablish and enforce operational processes, documentation standards, and best practices.\nSupport project planning, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.\nEnsure timely communication and stakeholder alignment during critical incidents and planned changes.\nAct as the primary escalation point for client-side network issues.\nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
