In this role, you ensure the stability, security, and scalability of containerized platforms that support critical business applications.\nYou will work closely with DevOps, SRE, and development teams to deploy, operate, and troubleshoot containerized workloads, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance with defined service levels. Your expertise will contribute directly to reliable service delivery and continuous platform improvement at Kyndryl.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister, operate, and support Red Hat OpenShift clusters across on-premise and cloud environments\n\nManage Kubernetes resources including pods, namespaces, services, ingress, and containerized workloads\n\nDeploy, support, and troubleshoot applications using CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices\n\nEnsure platform security, availability, and reliability through RBAC, certificates, secrets, networking, and monitoring\n\nProvide operational support and incident resolution in line with SLAs, collaborating with DevOps and SRE teams\n\nYour Future at Kyndryl\nEvery position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to growing your career. You are customer-focused, proactive in problem resolution, and comfortable working in collaborative, fast-paced operational environments.\nRequired Skills and Experience\n5+ years of hands-on experience administering Red Hat OpenShift platforms (on-premise and/or cloud)\n\nPractical experience with Kubernetes administration\n\nExperience supporting containerized applications and CI/CD pipelines\n\nKnowledge of cluster installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching\n\nExperience with security, monitoring, logging, automation and scripting\n\nPreferred Skills and Experience\nRed Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (EX280)\n\nExperience integrating OpenShift with VMware, storage, and networking\n\nIntermediate English proficiency\n\nExperience working in enterprise or regulated environments\n\nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
