And finally, you’re open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others. \nRequired Skills and Experience\nAt least 5 years of experience in processing payroll and operations.\nProficiency with payroll systems such as RPA, ADP, EY payroll.\nAdvanced skills in MS Excel (including macros).\nGood understanding of employment law, regulatory and legal compliance to meet country specific requirements \nGood problem-solving and analytical skills, sensitive to data and detail orientated \nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
