Acting as the bridge between business strategy, user empathy, and engineering excellence, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, designers, and software engineers to bring innovative ideas to life. This is a highly visible role where your strategy, roadmapping, and post-launch optimization will directly shape the future of our product portfolio.\nInterview stakeholders and users to understand problem space and define problem statement.\n\nCraft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding.\n\nDefine success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress.\n\nIdentify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to drive product outcomes.\n\nCreate product roadmap and work with team to ensure timely achievement of goals.\n\nWork with designers, software engineers to develop, test and release product.\n\nMeasure outcomes and continuously iterate product to drive outcomes.\n\nEngage with and support users to drive productadoption.\n\nWho You Are\nEXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED\nProven record of driving business outcomes.\n\nEnd to end experience working with design and engineering teams to build products.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to effectively manage high levelstakeholders.\n\nAbility to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.\n\nExperience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus.\n\nComputer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus.\n\nExperience working with enterprise or B2B customers\n\nCertificationslikeScrumMaster,ProductOwner,BusinessAnalysis Professional are a plus.\n\nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
