You will lead cross-functional teams in transforming legacy environments into secure, high-performing, cloud-integrated architectures-ensuring our client's vision and operational requirements are seamlessly realized.\nOperating within our Dallas Innovation Lab, you will work closely with clients, enterprise architects, and engineering teams across both pre- and post-deal engagement phases. Those who believe they are eligible may apply for a medical or religious accommodation prior to the start of employment.\nWho You Are\nRequired Skills and Experience\nProfessional experience in enterprise application architecture, distributed systems design, and application modernization.\nExperience acting as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager leading solution delivery in cloud environments.\nPractical working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, system integration, APIs, and microservices architecture.\nExperience with security architecture, identity management, and enterprise compliance standards.\nStrong leadership and technical communication skills with a proven track record of aligning client requirements with engineering execution.\nKnowledge of or direct experience with the ADOT MVD MAX Solution or similar state motor vehicle systems.\nBased in the United States with proximity or alignment to the Dallas Innovation Lab.\nAzure Fundamentals or introductory cloud architecture certifications.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.\nPreferred Skills and Experience\nDirect implementation experience with ADOT MVD MAX solutions in a public sector context.\nHands-on experience working within an innovation lab, client co-creation center, or rapid prototyping facility.\nAdvanced experience with agile delivery methodologies and product backlog optimization tools.\nSAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or Azure Solutions Architect Expert certifications.\nMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.\nThe compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - $115,080to$218,520based on a full-time schedule.\nYour actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
