The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategicProgram Manager to lead and coordinate complex transformation initiatives across our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working withPMOs andconsulting-led Transformation Offices, and will be comfortable engaging withexecutive committees and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end program and organizational change management for strategic transformation initiatives across multiple client engagements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, client PMOs, and consulting transformation offices.
  • Facilitate governance structures, steering committees, and executive reporting to ensure program alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, risk registers, and performance dashboards.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication at all levels, including C-level executives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practices in program delivery, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, client presentations, and strategic planning.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in consulting or large-scale transformation environments.
  • Strong understanding of PMO frameworks, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, SAFe), and tools.
  • Demonstrated experience working with or within consulting firms’ transformation offices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) and native Spanish
  • Change Strategy Development - Ability to design and implement structured change management strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Skilled in identifying, analyzing, and managing stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Communication Excellence - Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey change vision, benefits, and progress clearly.
  • Training and Enablement - Experience in developing and delivering learning programs to support adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Impact Assessment - Capability to assess organizational, process, and role impacts of change initiatives.
  • Resistance Management - Ability to anticipate, identify, and mitigate resistance to change.
  • Leadership Coaching - Experience in guiding leaders and managers to fulfill their roles in change adoption.
  • Project Management Integration - Understanding of how OCM integrates with project and program management frameworks.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to use data and feedback to adjust strategies and measure success.
  • Adaptability and Resilience - Comfortable working in dynamic environments with multiple concurrent changes.
  • OCM Methodologies Knowledge - Familiarity with frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8 Steps, or similar.
  • Digital and AI Adoption Enablement (increasingly relevant) - Skills to support adoption of emerging technologies and digital tools
