Love leading teams, managing complex programs, and delivering successful outcomes for customers? At Kyndryl, Project Managers are the driving force behind project success, orchestrating people, processes, and technology to deliver results that matter.

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of major projects within scope, schedule, and budget. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, you'll build trusted relationships while ensuring seamless collaboration across technical, delivery, and account teams.

What you will do

• Define project scope, plans, milestones, and governance to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead project execution, tracking progress and adjusting plans to meet business objectives.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, resources, and timelines to achieve agreed outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive collaboration and delivery excellence.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations effectively to both technical and business audiences.
• Build trusted customer relationships while driving accountability, value realization, and continuous improvement.

You can evolve horizontally into other technical or non-technical areas such as Technical Service Architect, or you can move vertically to become a senior project manager or program manager. Required skills and experience

• SCRUM or Project Management skills, PMP certificate
• Basic IT knowledge (architectural)
• Organization and planning skills
• Teamwork with “one team” philosophy
• Fluent in English (written and verbal, or other relevant languages as needed).

Preferred skills and experience

• MS Project or other Project Management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels
