In this strategic role, you’ll use your knowledge of legacy systems and cloud architecture to identify opportunities to modernize mainframe applications.\nWhat you will do\nPlan Strategy\nShape the future: Define, assess, and prioritize modernization roadmaps taking into account cost and risk.\nDesign Frameworks\nInvent innovative solutions: You'll be responsible for designing cutting-edge software frameworks, systems, and products that will set the standard for the industry. You'll use your extensive technical knowledge to conceive system interfaces and business application prototypes, while also identifying and resolving any framework design weaknesses.\nGuide Teams\nShare your knowledge: Use your technical expertise to provide technical leadership to the application development team, perform design and code reviews, and ensure that uniform enterprise-wide application design standards are maintained.\nAchieve business goals: Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure that the architecture is aligned with business requirements, making sure that the project meets its goals.\nDocument Architecture\nKeep vital records: Create and maintain documentation surrounding the software architecture, application design processes, component integration, testing guidelines, and other key elements.\n Who You Are\nSAP Architectural experience of large customer change and transformation projects\nIn depth knowledge and experience of SAP functionality and lines of business including integration to other systems and experience working with SAP running on hyperscalers.\nExperience working in S/4 migrations (brownfield) or S/4 new implementations (greenfield) Preferred skills and experience\nSAP Architecture Certification\nPrior hands-on experience working with SAP and SAP products.\nExperience in the following types of projects - upgrades, integration, acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, migrations., carveouts.\nStrong understanding of hyperscalers and SAP RISE model\nThe base compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $143,640 to $273,000 based on a full-time schedule reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Kyndryl, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.\nYour actual compensation may vary depending on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction, including, but not limited to, geography, relevant job-related skills, education and experience, certification and licenses, internal pay equity, and market and business consideration. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.\nThere is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:\nCalifornia (San Francisco Bay Area): $172,440 to $327,600\nCalifornia (All Other): $158,040 to $300,360\nColorado: $143,640 to $273,000\nMassachusetts/ Virginia: $143,640 to $300,360\nNew York City: $172,440 to $327,600\nWashington: $158,040 to $300,360\nWashington DC: $158,040 to $300,360\nThis position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.
