As a Senior AI Engineer, you will work on the design, development, and deployment of innovative AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI frameworks.\nYou will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to build production-ready AI solutions, explore emerging technologies, and help clients unlock value from AI-driven innovation.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and Build AI Solutions\nDevelop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).\nDesign and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.\nBuild and integrate AI agents and multi-agent workflows.\nDevelop scalable services and APIs to support AI use cases.\nParticipate in the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from prototyping to production deployment.\nAI Innovation and Experimentation\nEvaluate new models, frameworks, and AI technologies.\nContribute to Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and innovation initiatives.\nBenchmark AI models and assess solution performance, cost, and scalability.\nExplore emerging trends in Agentic AI and Generative AI.\nEnterprise Integration\nIntegrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and business processes.\nCollaborate with architects, platform engineers, and cloud specialists.\nSupport deployment and monitoring activities across cloud environments.\nWe are looking for curious, hands-on engineers who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence and eager to work with the latest technologies.\n Who You Are\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Telecommunications, or a related field.\n4+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.\nHands-on experience with Python development.\nExperience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions.\nPractical experience developing or implementing RAG-based applications.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProfessional level of English and Spanish.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar.\nExperience with vector databases and embeddings.\nKnowledge of MLOps or LLMOps practices.\nExperience deploying AI solutions in production environments.\nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
