Based in our Wroclaw office under a flexible hybrid working model, you will drive accurate, compliant, and timely execution of personnel administration and employee data management. This role blends end-to-end employee case management with hands-on HR lifecycle administration in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat you will do\nDeliver end-to-end HR operations and personnel administration for employees across Poland and Ukraine.\nManage employee and manager inquiries through HR ticketing platforms, ensuring high-quality resolution within established service expectations.\nExecute employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, contract preparation, status changes, performance evaluation documentation, and offboarding.\nMaintain accurate employee personal and organizational records in centralized HR information systems.\nCollaborate closely with local Payroll teams, HR Business Partners, and escalated technical support groups to manage dependencies and resolve complex cases.\nNavigate evolving operational processes and adapt smoothly to system updates and process changes.\nIdentify recurring process bottlenecks, update knowledge base documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.\nYour future at Kyndryl\nEvery Kyndrylar has access to continuous learning, certification opportunities, and career pathing designed to foster long-term professional development.\n Who You Are\nRequired skills and experience\nProfessional fluency in both Polish and English (written and spoken).\nProven experience in HR Operations, HR Services, or general HR personnel administration.\nHands-on experience handling employee inquiries and case management using structured HR ticketing systems.\nSolid understanding of employee lifecycle processes, personnel documentation, and data governance.\nStrong resilience, adaptability, and an open mindset to operate effectively in an evolving environment.\nHigh attention to detail and strong accountability for data accuracy and process compliance.\nAbility to work onsite in Wroclaw under a flexible hybrid model.\nPreferred skills and experience\nExperience supporting HR operations or personnel administration specifically for Poland or Ukraine.\nFamiliarity with payroll operations or working alongside third-party payroll providers.\nPractical experience working with cloud-based HR enterprise systems (such as Workday).\nProficiency with automation and reporting tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, or Power Automate.\nBackground in process standardization, process transitions, or knowledge base creation.\nWhat you can expect\nWe offer competitive benefits, flexible working arrangements, and a collaborative workspace focused on employee growth and well-being.\nGet referred\nIf you know someone who would be a great fit for this role, submit their profile through our internal employee referral portal.\nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
