A strong focus is placed on operational excellence, data accuracy, and consistency of HR processes in a high-volume and evolving environment, particularly within the French scope.\nThe position combines HR case management with an extensive range of HR operations activities. The specialist manages employee and manager inquiries via MyKyndryl and HR ticketing systems, ensuring end-to-end case resolution in line with SLAs, quality standards, and employee experience expectations.\nWhat you will do\nHR Data & Documentation Management: Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems and process all standard employment documentation. \nEmployee Lifecycle Execution: Manage operational transactions across every stage of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. \nPayroll Operations & Issue Support: Support payroll processing and resolve payroll-related issues and escalations. \nRegional Operational Ownership: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned countries, taking end-to-end ownership of processes. \nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Tier 2 / Tier 3 support teams to manage dependencies and ensure consistent service delivery. \nMulti-Country & French Market Focus: Adapt to complex international HR environments, with specific emphasis on managing the complexity of French operational requirements. \nContinuous Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and drive process standardization to increase overall efficiency in HR service delivery. \nKnowledge Base Optimization: Maintain and enhance internal knowledge base content to support standardized, accurate service across teams. \nWho You Are\nRequired Skills and Experience\nEducation & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or 0-2 years of HR internship/administrative experience). \nFoundational HR Knowledge: Basic understanding of the employee lifecycle, personnel administration, and standard document handling. \nDetail & Accuracy: High attention to detail, precision in data entry, and strong personal accountability. \nAdaptability & Drive: Eagerness to learn and execute tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment. \nCollaboration Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with Payroll, HR Business Partners, and broader stakeholders. \nLanguage Proficiency: Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) - French is mandatory. \nGlobal Mindset: Curiosity and willingness to learn multi-country HR compliance, with a focus on French labor environments. \nPreferred skills and Experience\nPrior Exposure: Internship, working student experience, or previous exposure to customer service, shared services, or administrative support. \nHR Systems: Familiarity with modern HR software or ticketing tools (Workday, ServiceNow, or similar platforms). \nExcel Skills: Basic-to-intermediate MS Excel skills (data filtering, standard formulas). \nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
