Utilizing deep technical expertise in SAP GRC Access Control, compliance management, and risk mitigation strategies, you will strengthen security governance and ensure continuous audit readiness. You will partner closely with cross-functional business stakeholders, internal and external auditors, and SAP Basis, Security, and application teams to implement robust access controls and uphold strict compliance standards across all SAP environments.\nResponsibilities:\nSAP GRC Leadership: Lead core SAP GRC Access Control modules and activities, including ARA, ARM, EAM, and BRM.\n Risk & SoD Analysis: Perform comprehensive Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and actively support risk remediation efforts.\nAccess Governance: Oversee user access reviews, firefighter access management, compliance monitoring, and role governance.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with SAP Security, Basis, and functional teams to ensure alignment and compliance.\nAudit & Compliance Support: Assist internal and external audits by providing required evidence, documentation, and compliance metrics.\nRisk Assessment & Mitigation: Participate in routine risk assessments and provide strategic recommendations for effective mitigation controls.\nSystem Enhancements: Drive governance standards and best practices while supporting the implementation, enhancement, and upgrade of SAP GRC solutions.\nReporting & Mentorship: Prepare compliance dashboards for management updates, resolve technical compliance issues, and provide SME guidance to junior team members.\nOne of the benefits of Kyndryl is that we work with clients in a variety of industries, from banking to retail. And finally, you’re open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\nRequired Skills and Experience:\n8+ years of SAP GRC/SAP Security experience.\nStrong hands-on experience with : SAP GRC Access Control , ARA (Access Risk Analysis) , ARM (Access Request Management) , EAM (Emergency Access Management) , BRM (Business Role Management)\nStrong understanding of SAP Security concepts and authorization design.\nExperience supporting SOX and compliance-driven environments.\nKnowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Fiori security concepts.\nExperience working with auditors and compliance teams.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\nPreferred Skills and Experience:\nSAP GRC certification preferred.\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.\nExposure to cloud and hybrid SAP environments is a plus.\nExperience in regulated enterprise environments.\nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
