And finally, you’re open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\nRequired Skills and Experience\nUniversity degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.\n5+ years of progressive experience in statutory accounting, external audit, or financial reporting within a multinational organization.\nDeep technical working knowledge of IFRS and EMEA local GAAPs.\nHands-on proficiency with SAP (or equivalent ERP platforms) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nDemonstrated experience managing multiple reporting entities simultaneously under tight month-end/year-end deadlines.\nStrong analytical acumen, high attention to detail, and independent problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.\nExcellent English communication and stakeholder management capabilities across geographically distributed teams.\nPreferred Skills and Experience\nProfessional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or local equivalent completed or in progress).\nPrior experience working within a Big 4 audit firm or a large shared services center (SSC).\nWorking knowledge of group consolidation processes and cross-border statutory audit management.\nProficiency in an additional European language (such as German, French, or Spanish).\nThe salary range for the position in Slovakia is 2230 to 4000 EUR based on a full-time schedule at the time of posting. Your final compensation offer may vary depending on several factors such as job-related skills, education and experience that selected candidates bring to the team. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
