Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.\nThe Role\nYour role\nIn this role, you will analyze clients’ IT operations challenges and help modernize monitoring and operations by leveraging Observability solutions such as Dynatrace and Datadog.\nYour responsibilities will span solution design and implementation, system visualization, AIOps(Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations) and operations automation, and operational improvements across cloud environments.\nWhat you will do\nAssess existing monitoring and IT operations environments, analyze challenges, and support improvement proposals, SLI(Service Level Indicator)/SLO(Service Level Objective) design, and AIOps adoption\nSupport the design, implementation, and operation of platforms such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Elastic, Splunk, and Grafana\nVisualize and analyze servers, networks, applications, and logs, and create operational dashboards\nSupport the implementation of Observability capabilities across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments\nImprove incident response and root cause analysis, integrate with ITSM( Information Technology Service Management) solutions, and drive operations automation\nYour future at Kyndryl\nThis role opens the door to many career paths, both vertical and horizontal, and there may be opportunity to travel. And finally, you’re open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\nRequired skills and experience\nExperience in at least one of the following areas: IT system operations and monitoring, incident response, infrastructure implementation, cloud operations, or application operations\nBasic knowledge of Linux and/or Windows Server\nBasic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP and HTTP\nExperience in log analysis and using system monitoring tools\nStrong interest in solving client challenges, willingness to learn new technologies, and ability to collaborate effectively within a team\nPreferred skills and experience\nExperience with Observability platforms such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, Elastic, Grafana, or New Relic\nKnowledge of or experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud\nExperience with automation technologies such as Python, Shell Script, PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible\nExperience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift\nExperience with ITSM and monitoring tools such as ServiceNow, JP1, Zabbix, Netcool, or BMC products\nSoftware development experience using Java, Python, Node.js, .NET, or similar technologies\nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
