Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.\nThe Role\nYour role\nAs a Network Project Manager, you will oversee customers, vendors, and internal technical teams, leading large-scale infrastructure refresh and network modernization projects from proposal through implementation and migration completion.\nYou will maximize project outcomes by managing quality, cost, schedule, and risk, while building strong customer relationships and contributing to long-term business value creation and digital transformation.\nWhat you will do\nDevelop and manage project plans for network-related initiatives\nManage stakeholders across customers, vendors, and internal teams\nTrack progress, issues, risks, and escalations throughout the project lifecycle\nLead implementation projects such as network refresh, site rollout, and cloud connectivity\nManage project budget, cost, and resource planning\nFacilitate regular meetings, reviews, and customer reporting\nConduct post-project reviews and propose continuous improvements\nWho You Are\nRequired skills and experience\nProject management experience in IT infrastructure or network-related projects\nHands-on experience with project planning, progress tracking, issue management, and risk management\nExperience coordinating with customers and multiple vendors\nBasic technical understanding of network infrastructure\nExperience managing large-scale or multi-stakeholder projects\nStrong communication and leadership skills\nAbility to communicate with customers and prepare documentation in Japanese\nPreferred skills and experience\nProject management experience in large-scale network refresh projects\nProject management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2\nKnowledge of next-generation network areas such as SD-WAN, SASE, and Zero Trust\nExperience with enterprise customers in industries such as financial services, manufacturing, or public sector\nExperience with infrastructure projects involving cloud environments such as AWS or Azure\nExperience working with global teams or communicating with customers in English\nProgram management experience or experience overseeing multiple projects\nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
