You will manage smart card and door access requests, maintain accurate records, and ensure all activities meet security, compliance, and service level requirements.\nWhat you will do\nProcess smart card, door access, account, and access change requests.\nMaintain accurate access records, approvals, audit trails, and operational documentation.\nPerform card production, printing, access updates, and operational checks.\nMonitor and troubleshoot access-related issues and service requests.\nEscalate incidents and work with technical teams to resolve issues quickly.\nSupport process improvements, automation initiatives, and knowledge management activities.\nEnsure compliance with security, identity management, and data protection requirements.\nContribute to audits, service reviews, and continuous improvement programs.\nWho You Are\nYou’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. You are customer-focused - someone who prioritizes customer success in their work. And finally, you’re open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\nRequired skills and experience\nExperience in IT operations, service desk, access management, application support, or a similar operational role.\nKnowledge of request fulfilment, access management, ticketing systems, and operational support processes.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow controlled processes and procedures.\nUnderstanding of ITIL incident, request, access, and change management practices.\nAbility to investigate issues, document outcomes, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.\nStrong communication and customer service skills.\nPreferred skills and experience\nExperience working with smart card, door access, identity, or physical access management systems.\nExperience using BMC Helix or a similar ITSM platform.\nKnowledge of SAP operational processes or user administration activities.\nITIL Foundation certification.\nTraining in access management, identity administration, or security awareness.\nExperience working in enterprise operations or managed services environments.\nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
