The role combines hands-on .NET development with production support, technical troubleshooting and continuous improvement in a managed application services environment.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nProvide L3 support for Tango-related applications and associated .NET components in production environments.\nAnalyze and resolve incidents, defects and performance issues; complete root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.\nDevelop, enhance, test and maintain applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core and .NET 6+.\nBuild and maintain ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core and RESTful Web API services.\nSupport Windows Services, background processing and scheduled application components.\nDevelop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, views and database objects.\nParticipate in BAU support, application enhancements, release activities and change implementation.\nFollow ITSM processes for incident, problem and change management using ServiceNow or an equivalent platform.\nMaintain technical documentation, support procedures and knowledge articles, and collaborate with cross-functional and global delivery teams.\nWho You Are\nREQUIRED TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL SKILLS\nStrong proficiency in C# and the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, including Visual Studio and/or Visual Studio Code.\nHands-on experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core and .NET 6+.\nExperience developing ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core and RESTful Web APIs.\nSolid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.\nExperience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, views, relational databases and performance tuning.\nWorking knowledge of XML and JSON data formats.\nStrong production support, troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.\nExperience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or equivalent.\nPREFERRED SKILLS\nExperience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as Angular or React.\nExposure to ETL and reporting tools, including SSIS and SSRS.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, for example Jenkins or Azure DevOps, and source-control practices.\nExposure to Docker, containerized deployments and IIS configuration/troubleshooting.\nBasic knowledge of cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS or GCP.\nExperience supporting the Tango application ecosystem or comparable enterprise application portfolios\nEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.\nDemonstrated experience in .NET software development and application support within a BAU and enhancement delivery model.\nAbility to manage priorities, communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders, and work effectively in a global delivery environment.\nLANGUAGES\nProfessional working proficiency in English, written and spoken.\nFluent Spanish, written and spoke\nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
