And finally, you’re open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\nRequired Technical and Professional Expertise:\n7-8 years relevant experience in,\nExperience supporting, developing, and maintaining enterprise integrations, preferably with Workday as a system of record.\nHands-on experience with Workday integration technologies (e.g., Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, APIs, Workday Web Services).\nUnderstanding of Hire-to-Retire business processes, including worker lifecycle events, payroll, benefits, and compensation data flows.\nExperience integrating Workday or other SaaS applications with downstream systems such as payroll providers, benefits vendors, identity and access management platforms, or third-party service providers.\nExperience supporting production operations, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and issue remediation.\nWorking knowledge of integration technologies and data formats including XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, and file-based integrations.\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a cross-functional enterprise environment.\nPreferred Technical and Professional Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\nExperience supporting Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, Time Tracking, or Absence integrations.\nExperience supporting global or multi-country HRIS integrations.\nFamiliarity with HR data privacy, security, and audit requirements related to employee data.\nWorkday Integration Certification or willingness to obtain certification.\nExperience working with SaaS vendors and external integration partners.\nExperience participating in system implementations, enhancements, or enterprise HR technology projects.\nAnd/or Master Certified Technical Specialist.\nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
