And finally, you’re open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\nRequired Skills and Experience\nLead functional design and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions supporting Fleet Procurement and Fleet Accounting processes.\n15+ years of overall experience in financial systems with 7+ years of hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud experience\nConfigure and support FCCS and EPBCS to enable fleet financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, and management reporting.\nPartner with Fleet Accounting, Finance, and FP&A teams to define future-state planning and consolidation models aligned with Oracle Fusion Financials.\nDesign and implement integration flows between Oracle Fusion ERP (GL, FAH, AP, AR) and Oracle EPM Cloud using standard adapters, data management, and integration tools.\nDefine metadata structures including dimensions, hierarchies, account mappings, cost centers, intercompany, and fleet-specific reporting attribute\nSupport design of fleet cost allocation models, capitalization tracking, depreciation analysis, and financial performance reporting in EPM.\nLead data validation, reconciliation, and variance analysis between Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM Cloud.\nCollaborate with Data Migration and Technical teams to support initial loads, incremental data refreshes, and reconciliation processes.\nSupport SIT, UAT, and parallel close activities to validate EPM outputs against ERP financial results.\nDevelop and validate EPM reports, dashboards, Smart View templates, and management reporting artifacts.\nSupport planning cycles including budget, forecast, and scenario modeling related to fleet procurement, utilization, and lifecycle costs.\nProvide functional guidance during cutover, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare for EPM components.\nWork closely with PMO, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between EPM design and overall program objectives.\nPreferred Skills and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.\nStrong functional expertise in FCCS and EPBCS, including consolidation, planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.\nSolid understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials including GL, FAH, AP, AR, and how ERP data feeds EPM.Oracle EPM Functional Consultant\nExperience designing EPM solutions for large-scale ERP transformation programs with multi-region deployments.\nStrong knowledge of financial close, consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and management reporting.\nExperience integrating Oracle EPM Cloud with Oracle Fusion ERP using standard integration frameworks.\nHands-on experience with Smart View, EPM reporting, and data reconciliation techniques.\nStrong analytical skills with ability to translate fleet-related financial data into actionable insights.\nExcellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS)Implementation Certification, Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud(EPBCS) Implementation Certification, Oracle EPM Cloud Data Management Certification\nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
