In this role, the Onboarding Analyst reduces risk and enables Kyndryl to efficiently conduct business, purchase goods and services, and make payments to with vendors and to ensure the supply base is compliant with laws, regulations and meets Kyndryl corporate standards. A good candidate for the role should demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, a growth mindset and strong communication and interpersonal skills.\nThe role includes following desk procedure to assess the risk of new suppliers working with internal and external stakeholders including Buyers, Suppliers and Delivery Teams to quickly vet and enable vendors to engage in new business with Kyndryl while minimizing risk.\nIf you want to work in a team of professionals that are at the center of making Kyndryl service a premium one for clients all over the globe, join us!\nIf you are looking to work in a global environment, transform processes and receive end to end knowledge of Procurement, this is your way into the Kyndryl!\nWhat you will do\nOwn supplier onboarding cases from initial request through successful enablement.\nReview and validate supplier information and required supporting documentation.\nPerform due diligence, compliance and risk checks in line with defined procedures and corporate standards.\nIdentify potential supplier risks or discrepancies and coordinate their resolution or escalation.\nPartner with Buyers, Suppliers, Delivery Teams and other stakeholders across Kyndryl to enable suppliers quickly and effectively.\nManage multiple requests and priorities while maintaining accuracy, compliance and a strong focus on stakeholder experience.\nSupport suppliers and internal teams by providing clear guidance on onboarding requirements and resolving process-related questions.\nContribute to the continuous improvement and transformation of supplier onboarding processes in a global Procurement environment.\n Who You Are\nRequired skills and experience \nMin 3 years of relevant experience.\nBachelor’s Degree or Higher\nFluency in English\nExperience working in a multinational environment\nPreferred skills and experience \nAbility to multitask\nAnalytical skills\nStrong Interpersonal Communication Skills (English)\nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
