You’ll turn ideas, requirements, and user insights into interface designs that help people complete tasks efficiently and confidently.\nWorking alongside experienced designers, researchers, product teams, and engineers, you’ll contribute to products from early concepts through implementation. Your work will focus on translating customer needs into clear visual designs, interactive workflows, and reusable design components that create consistent experiences across digital products.\nThis role combines hands-on design execution with collaborative problem solving. You’ll spend time creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, while also partnering with teammates to review feedback, test ideas, and refine experiences based on customer and business needs.\nThrough the Early Careers experience at Kyndryl, you’ll strengthen your design, communication, and technology skills while building a portfolio of real-world work. The pay or salary range is not below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.\nThis position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.
