Join us for a fun-filled journey where your impact truly shines!\nWe are seeking an exceptional leader to lead our growing Salt Lake City and Utah County region!\nPay Range: $100,000 - $120,000 DOE\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead your region to success, implementing strategic operating plans.\nRecruit and manage a stellar BCBA team, driving high performance and meeting business metrics.\nMaintain high quality clinical services and client satisfaction. \nMaintain billable productivity margins and meet quarterly revenue targets.\nBoost client, payer, and staff engagement through effective communication and relationship building.\nConsult and resolve complex ABA cases, including timely remediation of client grievances. \nManage client balance and waitlist, ensuring maximum retention.\nCoordinate with various departments to address regional needs and meet goals.\nPOSITIONAL REQUIREMENTS\n5 years experience in the Autism field, BCBA preferred\nOperational and leadership experience in ABA preferred (willingness to learn required!)\nReliable transportation, valid driver's license, and automobile insurance.\nComfortable with in-person client visits and regular travel.\nBASIC & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nPass DOJ & FBI background check and TB test where applicable.\nReceive and act on detailed information through oral & written communication. \nUtilize finger dexterity; good vision, hearing and critical thinking on a regular basis in order to carry out all duties and responsibilities.\nAble to sit, stand and walk during a standard workday.\nAble to drive from client to client and to various business meetings.\nAble to occasionally lift and carry up to 30 pounds or more. \nReady to make an impact?
