The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT staffing or consulting sales, capable of building relationships with global clients and driving consistent revenue growth.\n\nKey ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new international and domestic clients for IT staffing, consulting, and product development services.\nDevelop and execute effective sales and business growth strategies.\nGenerate leads through networking, market research, and online platforms.\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers.\nPrepare and deliver customized business proposals, RFPs, and presentations.\nCoordinate with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.\nAchieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.\nStay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.\nParticipate in client meetings, vendor empanelments, and contract negotiations.\n\nQualifications & SkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.\n4–7 years of proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales within the IT staffing or consulting industry.\nMandatory experience in international client acquisition (US, UK, or Middle East markets preferred).\nStrong understanding of staff augmentation, contract staffing, and project-based services.\nInternational Client \nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn networking.\nImmediate joiners will be given preference.\nMust be comfortable working onsite at our
