With electronics at the core of this, you will be uniquely positioned to shape, influence, and guide the future of L-Acoustics.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nTechnical Leadership and Liaison\nDrive the product and feature roadmap based on market needs and develop innovative and industry-leading systems.\nConvey product visions and customer requirements to the engineering team.\nTranslate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.\nEnsure technical implementation aligns with strategic goals and roadmap.\nProvide technical expertise, evangelization and support for internal teams, partners, and key customers: training, onboarding, hands-on sessions, demo protocols, delivery of releases.\nWork with a high degree of autonomy on complex product topics and contribute experience and guidance across cross-functional teams.\nProduct Lifecycle Management\nLead the product lifecycle from concept to launch and end-of-life, working hand in hand with the Product Marketing Manager, Electronics.\nConduct market research, customer feedback analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for product improvement and new developments.\nManage and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring they reflect evolving strategic objectives and technical capabilities.\nProvide technical leadership in problem-solving to internal teams and customers during the product growth phase, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.\nFeasibility Assessment\nWork closely with the R&D team to understand technical constraints.\nAnalyze technical architecture and assess new feature possibilities and their complexity.\nBalance innovation with practicality, ensuring that proposed solutions are technically sound, achievable within the given timeframe, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.\nDrive the prioritization of product backlogs, aligning them with both customer needs and technical feasibility.\nRisk Management\nIdentify and mitigate technical risks and challenges throughout the product lifecycle.\nManage dependencies between different teams and anticipate potential roadblocks.\nFacilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues promptly.\nContinuously monitor the development process and adjust plans as necessary to ensure that the product remains on track and that any disruptions are swiftly addressed, thereby safeguarding the product's integrity and timely delivery.\nSkills and Experience:\nEngineering degree (or strong technical background) in professional audio electronics, embedded systems, computer science, networking or related fields.\nStrong knowledge and experience in network audio (Milan-AVB, AES67, Dante, ST2110…), networking in general, as well as audiovisual control systems.\nSolid understanding of product management and development processes within a technical environment, with proven experience managing complex technical products or features.\nAbility to operate with a greater level of autonomy and ownership across the product lifecycle.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities.\nAbility to bridge business and technology effectively.\nCustomer-centric mindset combined with technical rigor.\nProactive risk management and execution focus.\nFluent in English (French or German is a plus).\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.\nWhat we offer\nAt L-Acoustics, newcomers are welcomed into a dynamic and inclusive environment that blends technological excellence with human-centered values.
