areas in which the product is not in compliance or of any changes in project scope or specifications.\nCoordinates laboratory activities by preparing data sheets and instructions to technicians, scheduling and reviewing work of laboratory technicians and engineering support staff and establishing completion dates.\nCoordinates administrative aspects of project management.\nServes as Project Handler of record and may sign as Reviewer of record as assigned.\nCommunicates project status and results to clients through frequent contact and by preparing reports.\nPrepares Follow-Up Service Procedures and information pages.\nIntegrates continuous improvement concepts and techniques into all aspects of the job.\nResolves engineering issues associated with Variation Notices by analyzing and reporting on the acceptability of the variations.\nAssists in the development of UL requirements.\nAssists in developing special test methods and test equipment.\nAnalyzes test program for adequacy and sequence.\nMay coordinate and/or perform File Reviews, as directed.\nMay represent UL at industry related functions such as seminars and trade shows.\nRead and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.\nPerforms other duties as directed.\n Manage certification projects for IID products, including technical reviews, test plan development, project execution, and delivery.\nReview test data, engineering drawings, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with applicable UL standards and certification requirements.\nProvide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the certification process and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.\nCollaborate with laboratories, project managers, sales teams, and global engineering teams to improve project turnaround time and customer satisfaction.\nDevelop and maintain technical competency in fire detection and alarm technologies, and support the expansion of local testing and certification capabilities.\nParticipate in standard interpretation, customer training, and continuous process improvement activities.\n Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, Automation, or a related technical discipline.\n2+ years of experience in product certification, testing, engineering, product development, or a related technical field.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nGood English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with fire detection, alarm, life safety, security, or building automation products.\nKnowledge of UL standards such as UL 268, UL 521, UL 217, UL 2034, UL 864, or related fire safety standards.\nExperience working in a certification body, testing laboratory, regulatory agency, or product manufacturing environment.\nExperience in customer-facing technical support or project management is a
