Spanish fluency is required in this position as the majority of the patients seen in this role will be Spanish speaking.\nThis is a remote position, with some travel required to Miami, Florida.\nWhat You’ll Do\nYou will become a trusted clinical partner to our members and a key contributor to the evolution of our metabolic-care model.\nMember Care & Clinical Support\nManage a dedicated panel of clients aiming to prevent, manage, or reverse chronic metabolic conditions. \nDeliver virtual counseling through video, phone, and secure messaging on a HIPAA-compliant platform. \nApply motivational interviewing to spark behavior change, increase engagement, and improve outcomes. \nCollaborate with L-Nutra’s Chief Medical Officer during weekly clinical reviews. \nCoordinate with healthcare providers to gather labs, glucose monitoring data, and medication adjustments. \nContent, Coaching & Program Innovation\nCreate educational materials, evidence-based handouts, and creative content for members. \nDevelop monthly blog posts and multimedia resources tied to our proprietary technology and diabetes program. \nContribute to social media communities and member engagement initiatives. \nIdentify opportunities to enhance the member journey and recommend improvements. \nLead group coaching. \nDevelop and present webinars with possible in person presentations. \nData, Documentation & Operational Excellence\nMaintain timely and accurate documentation of all counseling sessions (completed, cancelled, rescheduled, etc.). \nSupport coaching initiatives and compliance expectations on a weekly basis. \nProvide feedback to improve the integration of coaching services within the software platform. \nPartner with cross-functional teams to strengthen program execution as we scale. \nBrand & Mission Alignment\nRepresent L-Nutra’s values, mission, and clinical excellence in every interaction. \nAct as a trusted voice for prospective members and healthcare providers learning about the program. \nWork hours may occasionally include pre-scheduled times outside of standard business hours to support member needs.\nRequirements\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field \n3+ years as a Registered Dietitian \nExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (in English and Spanish) \nHigh proficiency in time management, organization, and prioritization \nPreferred\nRD Licensure in Florida \nExperience in healthcare, wellness, or consumer health products \nFamiliarity with patient-centric digital healthcare models \nBenefits\nWhat We Offer\nMission-driven work with measurable impact on metabolic health, weight, and longevity.\nCompetitive base + new-business incentive with a two-quarter ramp guarantee -
