With immersive 14K, 3D and 360° streaming technologies and innovative live formats, L1VE is transforming the way people experience sports, music and entertainment.Your Role\nTo make our logistics scalable on an international level, we are looking for a Production Logistics Coordinator who not only designs but also implements solutions-hardware, software, processes, and training-all from a single source.\nYour Responsibilities\nFurther development of our logistics software and workflows toward a standardized system that can be used across countries\nOptimization of existing software or migration to a suitable alternative system\nDesign and implementation of a system and workflows for shipping and receiving production hardware\nPreparation of ATA Carnets and all other customs and shipping documents in coordination with the Production Department\nConsulting on the handling of hazardous materials (e.g., batteries, liquids)\nEstablishment of a comprehensive labeling system: sequential numbering, case labeling, warning labels\nDefinition of cross-departmental workflows with Production, including the transfer of information regarding inventory and the status of systems\nFull implementation of hardware and software, including user training; not merely a conceptual framework\nYour profile\nSeveral years of experience in logistics, specifically in event or broadcast touring\nSolid practical experience with Carnets, international shipping, and customs clearance\nKnowledge of hazardous materials handling (especially lithium batteries, IATA/ADR)\nExperience with asset/inventory management systems, ideally including their implementation or migration\nHands-on approach: You roll up your sleeves in the lab and get systems up and running\nStructured, independent work style and a passion for standardizing processes\nExcellent German and English language skills\nWhy us?\nA key role with significant creative freedom in building our international production logistics\nStart part-time or full-time have the opportunity to expand into a team\nWork at the intersection of live production and the latest immersive technology\nInterested?\nPlease send us your CV and a few sentences outlining your interest in L1VE and why you would be a strong fit for the PR & Communications Manager role.
