Pretty cool, right?\nWe’re looking for a Manufacturing Solutions Engineer to join our team:\nYou’ll help manufacturers implement L2L, build adoption, and improve operational performance. Working with frontline teams and business leaders, you’ll combine manufacturing knowledge with practical coaching to help customers get lasting value from the platform. This role requires 35% travel.\nHere’s how you can drive action that matters.\nTop Three Outcomes:\nDeliver successful implementations: Guide customers from kickoff through go-live, meeting agreed timelines and adoption goals.\nImprove customer performance: Help customers apply L2L to operational challenges and measure progress against their business goals.\nSupport retention and growth: Partner with Customer Success to strengthen customer relationships, address risks, and identify opportunities to expand L2L’s impact.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nLead customer implementations, including discovery, planning, training, and go-live.\nWork with customers to define goals, milestones, and measures of success.\nProvide ongoing coaching to incorporate L2L into daily workflows and continuous improvement practices.\nFacilitate customer working sessions, kaizens, and onsite engagements.\nUse adoption and operational data to identify gaps and recommend improvements.\nBuild relationships across frontline teams, plant leadership, and technical stakeholders.\nPartner with Customer Success on account planning, customer reviews, and expansion opportunities.\nCollaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and bring customer feedback into product and service improvements.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nManufacturing experience is a must, specifically with the ability to understand manufacturing KPIs, pain points, and digital transformation initiatives\nAbility to articulate how L2L drives measurable improvements in plant-floor performance\nExperience leading implementations, improvement projects, or technology adoption.\nAbility to translate customer goals into practical plans and measurable results.\nStrong facilitation, training, and project management skills.\nComfort working with both frontline employees and senior leaders.\nAbility to manage multiple customer priorities and follow through on commitments.\nWillingness to travel to global customer sites.\nExperience with manufacturing software, B2B SaaS, Lean, or kaizen facilitation is a plus.\nPreferred locations:\nL2L practices a remote-first approach while offering office space in Burlington, MA.
