Work from and understand schematics, operating or repair manuals, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.\nEssential Functions:\nRemove, install, configure, and test communications equipment and supporting infrastructure, at various FAA facilities.\nPerform system troubleshooting and repair activities to ensure optimal operation of operational system.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to interpret and implement installation drawings and specifications.\nSupport site surveys to assess installation requirements and plan logistics.\nEnsure compliance with all relevant safety guidelines, protocols, and regulatory standards.\nDocument all installation, repair, and maintenance activities accurately and thoroughly.\nTravel extensively to various FAA facilities as required by project assignments.\nObtain and maintain an FAA Public Trust clearance\nQualifications:\nTo be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProficiency with a variety of tools and equipment involved in communications systems installation.\nDemonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\nWillingness to travel and work at various FAA sites for 3-to-9-month durations as required (Expect 90-100% Travel)\nUtilize a robust engineering process to resolve technical issues to
