This position will be in Wilmington, MA. The individual will work in a fast-paced environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and a collaborative team setting.\nThe ideal candidate for this role will have experience in: the configuration and operation of test subsystems and systems within a Thermal Vacuum Environment or Vibration environment; verification testing and development of required test support equipment; supporting a cross functional team as part of an Environmental Space Simulation test campaign for an EO Space System Payload.\nEssential Functions:\nSupport the set-up, configuration, and documentation of hardware and software systems under test\nSupport design, development, and implementation of cost-effective procedures for testing and troubleshooting of components, sub-assemblies, assemblies, and systems \nSupport development of test plans, test procedures, requirements traceability, test reports, test flow, and test case design and implementation \nPresent test strategies, plans, and results to internal and external customers \nSupport formal systems acceptance testing activities \nDocument testing issues and failures and perform analysis of test results \nSupport failure investigation activities and failure review board (FRB) meetings\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years of prior related experience \nExperienced in the use of Microsoft Office, including Visio, Word, PowerPoint and Excel\nCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.\nProblem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of tackling complex engineering challenges.\nCollaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.\nSecurity Clearance: Candidate must be eligible to obtain a DoD security clearance.\nPreferred Additional Skills:\n Security Clearance: Holds an active Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance.\nPrior experience working on a multi-disciplinary engineering team.\nKnowledge in requirements analysis and verification.\nKnowledge in communications systems, software languages, automated software test, networks, network security, power systems, antennas, RF, and/or mechanical design and analysis.\nExperience with environmental space simulation (TVAC) and equivalent launch energy testing (Vibe) of exquisite electro-optical satellite flight hardware systems.\nAbility to troubleshoot complex thermal vacuum and electromechanical test
