Maintains computerized inventory records and documents all discrepancies and helps with complex part research.\nAnalyzes inventory levels, inventory positioning, planned production and sales forecasts.\nEnsures materials are available to meet schedules and/or products are shipped.\nPrepare weekly and/or monthly inventory reports and analysis reports for Management.\nCoordinate workload and change priorities based on management, and interface and work with all functional groups.\nHelp maintain accurate receiving and issuing of parts for Depot Return & Repair.Counts, sorts, or weighs incoming items.\nVerifies the receipt of incoming parts and/or Depot returns.\nReviews Material Transfer (MT) requests for accuracy.\nAccurately receives and/or issues parts.\nFills orders or issues supplies from stock.\n\nMaintain a neat and clean Depot Bondroom and/or Depot Stockroom.Accepts materials from Receiving Inspection and checks against paperwork to validate quantity, part number and description\nArranges storing of received materials in a neat and orderly manner onto shelves, racks, or specified floor locations.\nDetermines the item identification and stock location. Stores items in bins, racks, or shelves, according to identifying part number.\nPrepares periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock. Makes inventory adjustments to items carried in stock, as necessary.\n\nAssist in various Government Property audits to help maintain the required standards for Government Property Controls and Physical Inventory.\nHelps develop and train less experienced personnel on the team. \nResponsible for the accuracy of time charging on job performed and keeping his or her work area clean and well organized.\nPrioritize safety and must use strong drive and ability to meet expectations under limited supervision.\nQualifications:\nTo be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field or have completed their bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.\nIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $51,000.00 - $95,000.00.This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
