Team leadership, coaching, reviews of product planning, sprint planning, program direction, shop floor escalation resolution, performance data analysis, and executive-level reporting on product and production health.\nEssential Functions:\nLeading a team of Operations Integrators.\nProduct Strategy and Vision.\nCross-Functional collaboration with applicable knowledge across the full realm of common aerospace functions (Engineering, Quality, Scheduling and Material Planning, Tooling, and Manufacturing Operations).\nMaking data-driven decisions.\nManage Program relationships with AMF - S Operations Integrated Planning Team.\nEscalation Management.\nAbility to obtain a US secret security clearance.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior leadership experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior leadership experience.
