You will be ensuring our new cutting edge manufacturing equipment meets quality standards and safely produces solid rocket motors critical to national security.\nEssential Functions:\nDevelop and maintain detailed manufacturing plans to meet production schedules and goals.\nCollaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.\nAnalyze production processes to identify and implement improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.\nCreate and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.\nUtilize Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline processes and eliminate waste.\nProvide technical support and guidance to production teams, ensuring adherence to manufacturing plans.\nMonitor and analyze production data to optimize resource allocation and workflow.\nEnsure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
