schedule.\n\nTrack production time fences to ensure timely release of specifications and prevent manufacturing delays.\n\nCoordinate global product demonstrations, overseeing logistics, setup, shipment, and execution in support of business development.\n\nSupport budgeting and forecasting by estimating project costs, tracking spend, and providing monthly budget updates for demo and sales initiatives.\n\nMaintain accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data in partnership with the Business Development team, including opportunities and demonstration records.\n\nServe as a communication hub between Sales and cross-functional partners such as Engineering, Logistics, Compliance, Bids & Proposals, Contracts, Program Management, and Demand Planning to keep projects moving and ensure timely order acceptance.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, process consistency, and overall sales support
