This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and functional teams to ensure SAP solutions effectively support operational objectives, drive process efficiency, and enable scalable business performance.\nThe ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of people leadership, business process expertise, SAP functional knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration skills. This position will oversee process standardization, system enhancements, issue resolution, and strategic improvement initiatives across SAP-related platforms and integrated applications.\nEssential Functions:\nLead and develop a team responsible for business process support and system administration within SAP environments.\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into scalable SAP process and system solutions.\nDrive continuous improvement of end-to-end business processes, with emphasis on efficiency, standardization, compliance, and user experience.\nOversee day-to-day support for SAP modules, related business systems, and integrated applications.\nManage prioritization, troubleshooting, and resolution of system/process issues in coordination with IT, SAP functional analysts, developers, and third-party support teams.\nLead requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, testing, training, and deployment of SAP enhancements and projects.\nEnsure business processes and system configurations align with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.\nSupport SAP upgrades, migrations, integrations, and transformation initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain process documentation, system procedures, training materials, and governance standards.\nEstablish and monitor KPIs and service metrics related to business process effectiveness, system performance, and support responsiveness.\nFoster strong collaboration across operations, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and IT teams as applicable.\nServe as a change leader by promoting adoption of new tools, workflows, and best practices across the organization.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field and minimum of 15 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience.\nStrong understanding of business process design, process improvement, and system support methodologies.\nHands-on experience with multiple SAP functional areas such as PS, PTM, PMMO, QM, etc.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement system enhancements.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience with process documentation, training, testing, and change management.\nAbility to travel up to 50%\nPreferred Additional Skills: \nExperience leading support in complex, multi-site SAP environments.\nSAP S/4HANA experience.\nExperience with integrated enterprise systems, reporting tools, and workflow platforms.\nKnowledge of IT service management, governance, and support models.\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.\nExperience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries.\nIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $167,000-310,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
