Leading full stack development of integrated data, tool, and business process optimization efforts. Identifies, prioritizes, develops, and delivers capabilities that improve program execution, decision quality, schedule performance, risk management that enable program leaders to make faster, more data-driven decisions.\nEssential Functions:\nEstablishes Program Management AI/digital roadmap, use cases and investments, governs implementation, and drives adoption across the PM community while ensuring alignment with enterprise AI governance\nLeads segment implementation strategy for digital / automation enterprise initiatives (Program Digital Cockpit, Control Tower, Business Intelligence, etc.) to ensure objectives are measured, issues resolved, and commitments met\nUnderstand data architecture and resolve data integrity issues\nManage data pipelines, digital tools, and repository available to segment program and functional communities\nCoordinates with stakeholders to seek input, align vision, gain buy-in\nEnsures capability advancement projects are executed within lead time to need; budgeted accordingly\nTravel to other sites as needed to execute objectives, estimated 10-15%\nMust be a U.S. Citizen, able to obtain a U.S. security clearance post start\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience.\n5+ years experience leading managers and teams\n5+ years experience leading digital transformation
