backup for Quality Control of incoming goods\nAssembly of consoles\nInstallation of consoles if required on customer vessels\nSupport Field Services Team with installation work on vessels\nAcomms products build and test\nQualifications:\nPreferred\nMust have at least 5 years’ experience using High Reliability soldering techniques.\nMust be able to identify electronic components and read wiring and engineering drawings.\nHave basic mechanical assembly skills.\nAbility to use hand tools.\nCompleted High reliability soldering course.\nCompany reserves the right to test soldering skills/ cable assembly techniques during interview.\nAbility to perform identify faults perform rework to rectify faults.\nPerform corrective troubleshooting on equipment and assemblies (modems, beacons, consoles, etc).\nMinimum: Baseline Clearance required, NV1 Preferred\nElectronics certificate course -Certificate 3 or Certificate 4.\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nPerform SMD/general through-hole soldering to high reliability standard.\nComplete wiring and termination, following a wiring schedule, in a neat and correct manner.\nBe familiar with Surface Mount soldering Techniques.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook.\nRead and interpret engineering drawings and electrical wiring diagrams/ drawings.\nGood quality written and verbal communications skills.\nWork with minimum supervision and carry out tasks in a timely
