The selected candidate will lead a team of experienced program managers and portofolio of existing development Encryption Development Programs, and have the responsibility of expanding the portfolio through strategic new business capture. The selected candidate will have executive level visibility and own the customer relationship management as well as the profitability of their portfolio.\nA Successful Candidate Will:\nThoroughly understand and implement strong Earned Value Management from the program baseline through the life of the development program\nServe as the prime point of contact for customer stakeholders and manage customer relationships\nLead and shape new business opportunities including solution definition, proposal execution and contract negotiations\nBe able to lead teams through the development lifecycle and the high level engineering processes for development programs, including software, systems, electrical and mechanical, and/or VHDL and ASIC engineering in partnership with engineering leadership.\nManage in a matrixed organization to ensure maintenance of the cost, technical and schedule baselines for the portfolio.\nImplement program management best practices for items such as change control, risk and opportunity management, stakeholder engagement, and supplier management.\nQualifications:\nThis role is required to be onsite full time at the Camden Waterfront office, working in Closed Areas, SAPFs and/or SCIFs.\nExperience leading and managing large, complex development programs through the full lifecycle. \nBachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience\nExpert EVMS knowledge demonstrated including programs with customer reporting.\nExperience with Proposal Development and Capture efforts\nExperience collaborating with and sustaining relationships with external stakeholders\nMust have active security clearance\nPreferrred Additional Skills:\nMaster’s Degree preferred.\nExperience with design, development, and manufacture of cryptographic equipment.\nProject Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or working towards certification.\nProficient in SAP, MS Office, MS Project, Cobra\nExperience with Cost Plus and Fixed Price Contracting\nIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $153,000-284,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
