Review Test Plans for possible instrumentation conflicts or inaccessible areas.\nTroubleshoot and be able to set the Conditioning box controls. Handle the set up and activation of test equipment such as Hydrologger, Vishay Amplifier, Micro-welder, or Multimeter (VOM).\nSupport Process Engineers by setting up, operating experimental or prototype equipment to meet processing requirements\nProduce development hardware to support research and development programs.\nTroubleshoot processes and identify, modify and/or escalate out of control processes and production escapes.\nPerform analysis, calculations, statistics, and prepare reports on above activities.\nCoordinate with maintenance, supervision and/or engineers in the set-up and calibration of equipment.\nParticipate in preventative maintenance activities.\nAbility to obtain a US Security Clearance.\nQualifications:\nRequires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nComputer software background. \nExperience with varying data acquisition.\nExperience with micro-welding instrumentation or soldering instrumentation. \nExperience or courses completed on Blueprint reading or Geometric Tolerancing. \nAbility to perform engineering mathematical calculations. \nAbility to create simple drawings and sketches for communication purposes. \nExperience with the set up and activation of test equipment such as, Hydrologger, Vishay Amplifier, Micro-welder or Multimeter (VOM). \nExperience working with complex instrumentation and equipment\nExperience with strain gauges, thermal couples, hydraulics, pneumatics.\nExperience with component level
