In this role, you will leverage your extensive technical expertise to autonomously lead complex test operations, mentor junior technicians, and drive solutions to challenging electromechanical integration problems. If you thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment where your experience and judgment directly impact mission-critical outcomes, this is the team for you.\nEssential Functions:\nBuild, modify, and integrate electromechanical assemblies, test equipment, fixtures, racks, and support tooling; support interconnect verification, wiring and termination, initial power-on, and troubleshooting to the component level\nRead, interpret, and provide redline markups on electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, interconnect drawings, wiring diagrams, and Bills of Materials (BOMs); collaborate with Engineering and Quality to implement improvements and technical recommendations\nPerform cable and wire harness fabrication, build, repair, routing, bonding, and soldering; conduct continuity checks, resistance and voltage checks, and workmanship standard corrections\nManage lab test asset movement, storage, and availability; maintain critical spares and consumables inventory; coordinate across internal teams to execute time-sensitive work\nDetail-oriented management of inventory, assembly, and kitting activities to support program schedules and deliverables\nMentor and train lower-level technician peers, sharing technical expertise and best practices across electromechanical build and integration activities\nManage multiple tasks and less structured activities requiring independent judgement; may coordinate build and integration activities acting as facilitator for the program Test Engineer\nPosition requires the ability to obtain a United States (US) security clearance\nQualifications:\nRequires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or 2 years post-secondary/Associate's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nActive US security clearance preferred;
